Workspaces are the foundation of how Syncaut organizes automation. They allow you to separate workflows, credentials, and team collaboration into distinct environments.
For agencies and teams managing multiple clients or projects, workspaces help keep operations structured and isolated.
A workspace is an isolated environment where you manage automation for a specific team, client, store group, or project.
Each workspace contains its own:
Workflows
Templates
Nodes and integrations
Team members and permissions
This separation ensures that automation and credentials for one client or project do not interfere with another.
Users can operate with a single workspace or create multiple workspaces within one account depending on their needs.
To create a workspace:
Navigate to the Workspaces section in your dashboard sidebar.
Click Create Workspace
Enter a name for the workspace (for example: Client Store Operations or Brand Fulfillment)
Save the workspace
Once created, you can begin adding credentials, building workflows, and creating templates within that workspace.
Workspaces are especially useful for agencies that manage multiple clients.
A common setup is:
One workspace per client
Separate credentials for each client’s tools
Independent workflows for each store or operation
This structure keeps client operations fully separated while still allowing your team to manage everything from a single Syncaut account.
Reusable templates can also be applied across different workspaces, allowing agencies to deploy the same automation processes for multiple clients.
If you manage multiple workspaces, you can easily switch between them.
To switch workspaces:
Open the workspace selector in the dashboard sidebar.
Choose the workspace you want to access
The dashboard will reload with the workflows, templates, and settings for that workspace
This allows you to move quickly between client environments or internal projects.
Each workspace has its own settings that control how it operates.
Workspace settings may include:
Workspace name and details
Member and collaborator management
Template visibility and sharing controls
Workspace-specific configuration options
Administrators of the workspace can manage these settings to control how automation and collaboration work within that environment.
